Richard Queen created and developed the clinical intelligence layer that powers DignifiHealth in 2018 and brings nearly 15 years of experience in hospital and provider group management, including diverse titles such as Chief Financial Officer, Director of Business Intelligence, and VP of Data Science. Combining his educational background in finance, his vast experience within the healthcare industry, and his more than 20 years in technology and automation, he brings a unique perspective in his vision on the future of healthcare.
James has a 15-year track record leading platforms and operations management for companies ranging in stage from startup to Fortune 500, most recently serving as Head of Platform & Operations for an industry-leading fintech. Working closely with Product and Technology, he is thoughtful about execution and client experience, delivering SaaS technology to the world’s largest institutions.
Ali has nearly 20 years of experience managing corporate communications. She brings an extensive background in investment banking and crisis communications and has a proven ability to mentor, develop and lead executives through strategic marketing and communication initiatives. Working closely with leadership, Ali will be a key influence in client communications, marketing, and identifying business opportunities for growth.
Anthony brings nearly ten years of hospital and provider group management experience. He has dedicated his healthcare career to clinic operations, population health, and value-based care. His experience in these areas has demonstrated results in clinical workflow efficiencies, increases in productivity, and implementations for an array of population health strategies. Anthony’s experience in leadership, project management, and operational oversight plays a pivotal role in enhancing quality outcomes across all levels of care.
Nate has more than 15 years of experience working as a CFO, Controller, and consultant for several companies from startup to Fortune 500. He has worked within several industries including healthcare, SaaS, manufacturing, real estate, transportation, and eCommerce. During his career, he has provided professional services across a broad range of finance areas including financial strategy, budgeting, operational support, and financial reporting. Nate is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Utah.
Kelsey brings a decade of experience in product and healthcare technology. She has deep expertise in leading cross-functional teams in agile development and building cloud-based products atop big data platforms. Kelsey has an intense passion for solving complex problems and building solutions that simplify the lives of users in the healthcare ecosystem.
Luke brings expertise in manufacturing and control systems environments, most recently serving as a programmer for a large financial services firm. He considers efficiency, security, and ease of use while designing and building back-end data pipelines. Luke’s programming skills are influenced by environments that require high quality control and logic-driven decision-making.
Dr. Beckett is the physician founder of the Williamson Health & Wellness Center, Inc., a federally qualified health center. Prior to its creation, he began a free clinic in his existing office to counter the increasing lack of access to uninsured patients in his community. Dr. Beckett’s recent research includes work with the 2012 CMS Innovation Award: “From Clinic to Community: Achieving Health eEquity In Southern United States” working in conjunction with Duke University.
Brad D. Smith is the current President of Marshall University and Co-Founder of the Wing 2 Wing Foundation. Brad is a proud West Virginia native and Marshall alumnus with a passion for philanthropy and leadership. Formerly the CEO of Intuit, Brad is focused on helping facilitate change by developing, supporting, and investing in people. His most recent work focuses on unlocking economic and lifestyle prosperity for all West Virginians and beyond through the Wing 2 Wing Foundation that he co-founded with his wife Alys.
Randall Ussery has 15+ years of experience sitting at the intersection of design and business, bringing new products and business opportunities to life for startups and F1000 companies.
